FNB NOW IN THE FUTURE TELLING BUSINESS

I did not know that FNB has expanded its services into the future telling business! I just received two messages saying that my debit orders will be processed on my salary date 15/12/2020.

Now I want to know how does FNB know my salary date has changed when even I don't know as my company has not confirmed it?!?!?!

I also want to know if it happens that my salary dates doesn't fall on the 15/12/2020 and FNB tries to debit my account and it returns, who is going to pay for that return fee? ME!

FNB, GET IN CONTACT WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS BEFORE MAKING SUCH REDICULOUS CLAIMS.

Someone better phone me as soon as possible so that I can stop this change of debit order or get it in writing that FNB will pay for the return debit order fee!!

All the departments besides the Credit Card department have phoned me to make arrangements. Thank you.

So I take it FNB will be covering my returned debit orders as I have already lodge another complaint about debit orders that got returned when there were funds available in my account.

FNB is really doing everything to lose me as a client.

So yesterday I got a call from a number and when I answered the line was dead. I searched the number and it shows as FNB card. But I am still worried.

But seeing that FNB is fortune tellers, will you please send me the next winning Lotto numbers? Thank you
