FNB NOW BECOMES "STEVE'S BANK" WITH MATCHING QUALITY SERVICE

<p>FNB would be best to change there name to "Steve's Bank" and proudly announce themselves as the most uless banking institution. I have been on the phone to them since Friday and it is now Sunday and literally spent 2 hours holding whislt calls are being transferred. I have spoken to 7 differnt people regarding the problem. Each person says it is another division that needs to solve the problem, then I am transferred and that person says no it tis another division. Each time it is security quaestion more questions more bull****.... My mother is an 84 year old that has minimum eye sight and I have spent 3 days with her trying to solve her account issues as she has to confirm her details. She cant read the details back so I do, she does not hear clearly the questiosn so I listen tell her then she answers. The bank clearly believes that they can mess people and their tme around at their will as clients mean nothing. This morning alone I spoke to Sydwell, Vuzi, Belinda, Kyle, Ernest, Lennie & Bongi, from Online Banking & ***** who just pass the buck from one to another, not say how many people I have spoken to since Friday. At a point each day they just say "well the divisio is now closed" FNB staff are completely incompitent useless and should rather work for "Steve" or perhaps they are actually from "Steve's Bank". God forbid this is what the future of banking is and how professional our accounts are worked with. ZERO understanding and respect the "F" in FNB jumps to mind as the frustration is unbearable ........</p>
