FNB NOW ALLOWS YOU NOT TO REVERSE DEBIT ORDERS ON ONLINE BANKING OR THEIR APP

I wanted to reverse a Debit order. So I went online to online banking and found that you can no longer do it. It says download the app. I downloaded the app and it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to now reverse any debit order. You have to manually fill in a form and reverse it and wait 40 days. I find this unacceptable. Before we could reverse debit orders that had gone off on our accounts but now people no longer have the freedom of safe guarding their own money. I always liked FNB but for this, I will be looking at taking my business Else where. I have been a client for the last 8 years.
