FNB- NOT WORTH THE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE

Since MARCH of this year, I have been trying to get FNB to REMOVE a closed CHEQUE account from my profile. Finally in October I get a response- oh here's your paid up letter. WELL thanks for absolutely nothing you idiots! That is NOT WHAT I ASKED for. I want this account removed because despite the fact that it is closed, I can still transfer money into it after which it goes into a black hole- I cannot see it, I cannot transfer it back - I now have to attempt through God knows how many call centre agents until I get through to someone who has more than one brain cell to rub together to help me GET MY OWN MONEY BACK!!! Now I am DONE with FNB. I am closing every single account I have with FNB now. It's over. I'm done
