FNB, not worried about small business

Event for a new small business, knowing every cent counts, but for this bank they charge ridiculous fees for a debit order that didn't go though.

No pre-warning was given by the bank (as to compared to their personal accounts if a debit order was about to go though, but not sufficient funds was available), but rather charge you R 185.00 per order. If a notice was given, then the appropriate funds would have been made available. But unfortunately, taking R 925 from a small business in fees is unacceptable and ridiculous! Sorry FNB, you lost a business client now, not that you worry anyways.

There are no word to describe how unprofessional your Business Care Consultant email was, but nonetheless it shows FNB does not care.
