FNB NOT WILLING TO SORT OUT MY DISPUTE

On the 3rd of January I was ****med R750 on my FNB account. The 4th of January i went to Walmer park FNB to report what happened then they lodge a dispute for me after I was told to wait for 30 working days then my money will be refunded back. After 30 working days I didn't get my cash back or any reply from FNB. Then on the 20th February 2024 I decided to go enquire again about my dispute at Walmer park Fnb after calling Fnb customer care 100times with no assistance. At Walmer park Fnb I was told to wait for 24hours after my cash will be refunded. Now it's the 22February and my cash is still not refunded. I need my cash back as in yesterday so please refund my cash FNB
