FNB Not Willing To Help

Good day

I have tried to open an FNBy account for my child and I got an error message then I tied it again and I got a message telling me someone will call me.

This was yesterday 06/07/2023 now I have tied again and same message someone will call me.

I then went to my FNB app to talk to someone and I spoke to Gcinile she was not very helpful at all! She didnt want to assist me at all.

I wanted to get the account sorted out ASAP and now someone might phone me in 24 hours.

I'm very unhappy with FNB and the service I was given.
