FNB not willing to Assist

I was offered a FNB Fusion Cheque Card (debit card) last year and accepted it based on the agent's info that everything will remain the same it is just better costing. I received the new card and started using it.

January this year i bought a new Iphone at the Istore supposedly on the FNB 36months deal which works on the base that you buy it with your credit card and the bank then moves the transaction to your budget fascility and then it goes off monthly thus not influencing your cashflow.

When swiping my card I swiped the one that had CREDIT CARD written on it. I received a mail from Istore stating that it will be moved to my budget fascility within few days. However a few days later i noticed that the R28 000 actually went off from my Debit Card so I contacted them. It was explained to me that I swiped my Debit Card instead of my Credit Card.

So i have now been in a fight with FNB on the fact that they gave me a Debit Card that says Credit Card on it, I made an honest mistake and they must please move the transaction to my Credit Card so that it can be moved to my budget fascility as I cannot afford to loose such a big chunk of my cashflow. However they refuse and say they can not and that I should go and ask for a refund from the Istore. In this I realised that the Private Bankers mean nothing in terms of assistance.

I was in the process of considering moving my company's large bank accounts to FNB also but now I will not with this type of misleading products and non existing assistance.
