Fnb not willing

I have been banking with fnb for more than 13 years. Everything has been good. I do all my things with Fnb even my home loan is with them. But lately they are refusing to assist. I have 2 loans that I have been trying to consolidate just so that I can be able to pay my home loan. Fnb is rejecting me. I am paying over R5000 for 2 loans - can Fnb combine these 2 loans so that I can have 1 installment, that way my home loan will also be up to date. But no - FNB wants me to loose my home
