FNB not what it always was

This is my 3rd review on HP on FNB

1. when you call me, please can i have a manager call me 2. i submitted my documents to get my Loan decreased to Prime + 1 % documents send in 8 days ago 3. Want to change my debit date to the 25th as i get paid on the 24th of each month but only in the afternoon
