FNB Not very helpful

I am very disapointed with FNB, I phoned the support number to request for the lotto numbers that I played on a date in April 2020 as this does not show on the app. One of the advantages of playing on the app is that you have records available( but clearly not with FNB). I understand that you only keep records for 3 months but sure you can run a query for the required date (its not rocket science). The programmer (or person incharge) told me this was possible). So for such a big company you DELETE old records? wow FNB. I am very disappointed.
