FNB not very easy or efficient
I had a FNB temporary loan account some years ago. When I checked my credit score I noticed the mentioned account is in arrears. ( account should have been closed ages ago). After visiting the Northmead Square branch ( not very friendly and not very helpful) and East Rand mall branch ( very helpful but too understaffed too help) spending R500 phoning several departments who can all see the account but nobody can help me. ( not even legal or collections). All this for a R295 amount. FNB not very easy or efficient.

It is deeply concerning that I am still owing FNB funds on an account which should have been closed months ago.
I will have to at this point seek legal action as I am being held ransom financially by FNB.
I have contacted the credit bureau to remove the FNB account yet somehow I keep being listed as being in arrears.
I have spent well over R5000 to attempt to settle a R500 account. This is unacceptable. Phone calls keep being forwarded between the current accounts department, collections and legal. NO ONE CAN HELP ME!!!!!
I have been to the Northmead square branch as well as the Lakeside mall branch in Benoni and they refer me to the call center to which I am given the runaround again. I have to pay the account every time it is listed to settle it and I request the account to be closed, every four months I have to go through this.
