FNB NOT UPDATING ITC

Every month i have to call FNB to snd an update on Credit beareaus. I took out a Temp loan on the 3rd of March 2020 and pais it off on the 20th of March, bit up to today it still reflects as unpaid and it affects my credit score. Even the personal loan i have is not updated but it was debited on the 31st of March. FNB is slowly losing it, no wonder most peopla are leaving it after the lockdown. Please update my credit record ASAP as i know you can send manual update cos i always call to complain about the same thing each month.
