FNB not updating credit profile after paid up overdraft!

I paid up outstanding debt on my FNB overdraft last year via Nimble.

I received a paid-up letter, stating that my credit report will be updated within 7 days as per the NCAA.

It has been 8 months, and this is still listed as outstanding on my TransUnion credit report, affecting my profile negatively.

I need this updated ASAP. I have tried to contact several people via Secure Chat, phone lines, and email, and have had no assistance.
