FNB not updating credit bureaus after payment of temporary loan!!

FNB doesn't update the credit bureau records after having paid a temporary loan. These guys will knowingly mess up your credit record. I paid of a temporary loan long ago and yet it still reflects as owing on my credit report. They will promise to sort it out within 10 days and then sit an do nothing.
