FNB not updating credit bureau

I fully paid up my Temp loan with FNB on the 23rd of March and they debited this amount from my account. To my horror, 3 months later, it still reflects on my credit profile that I owe FNB this amount. I had a chat with one of they webchat reps and he/she told me to call *** for assistance. I have been on hold for 15 mins with no one answering. This is low from a bank I once held in high esteem. This is my last resort before I approach the ombudsman to report such shady dealings.
