FNB not up to standard

I am really upset with the service at FNB. They blocked my account because of an FICA update, I did not read the SMS they send me so I take full ownership. The thing is it took me numerus calls to get the account unblocked then they tell you to go to the branch to sort it out, so I went to the branch 2h and the problem is still not resolved and the one department blames the other. PS and I am a private wealth client I pay premium but get peanuts. Closing this account account with them.
