FNB Not trustworthy!!

On the 22nd of February I called FNB for a loan settlement amount, they told me it was 56k on the 23 Feb 2019 I settled the amount. but when I check my statement I was changed interest 28 Feb 2019 Interest 574.84 229.94Cr extra why charge me an interest when I have already settled my account? Refer to my bank statement below.

FNB deducted the premium of R 3286.25 and promised to refund me. Instead they refunded me R 2889.09 The amount was short with R397.16 I went to the branch at the groove mall and the branch manager said according to the information from loan department all my money was refunded back of which it was a lie coz I went to draw up a statement from my bank to prove that the money in question was not returned into my account. She advised me and said I should ask my bank to reverse the funds of which I found it strange when she said their loan department already refunded me. I then asked her why am I supposed to pay R40 from my bank to reverse the charge while they were adamant that they have refunded me. Instead FNB called me and said they will still refund me R229. Still the amount will still be short with R167.22. A week later I am still waiting for the rest of my refund. Not 229, no 397.16 was refunded.

When I was at FNB the branch manager insisted I go draw a statement to prove that I was not refunded, and I asked her as well to give me proof that indeed FNB loan department have refunded me. I produced my proof of which I had to pay R160 per page, yet she ( the branch manager of FNB the Groove Mall) failed to give me proof that indeed FNB Loan Department refunded me.

I am really upset with FNB

Reviewer Update
I am still waiting for FNB to refund me or to send me proof of my contract as promised. Up to date I still have not received my refund or letter from FNB explaining themselves! FNB is taking their customer for granted. I am really upset with them. Empty promises FNB is full of it!
