FNB not transparent in profiling clients

I have been with FNB for many years and closed my account about 6 months ago due to my account being on a Risk 3 on FNB's risk profile although i dont have any credit and nobody could give me a reason why this is.

I decided to go back to FNB and open a new personal cheque account and when I went to collect my car i enquired on my risk profile and it is automatically on Risk 3. The branch consultant was not able to explain and i was told to call my personal banker at FNB Private Wealth. My banker has not been allocated as yet and the consultant at Private Wealth department is not able to help also

I was asked to call *** to get this matter corrected. The consultant Precious told me to call *** (FNB Risk Profile Department) I have called this number 15 times thus far and there is no answer, I even left a message and no one has called me back.

FNB has me on a RISK 3 profile meaning I will not be able to get any credit because of a reason unknown to me, however when I moved to another bank 6 months ago I was immediately offered credit based on my credit profile. So I want to know why???

The only reason I moved back to FNB is because i was comfortable with their technology and I understood their systems and issues were resolved fast. However I dont want to deal with a bank that is not transparent in their profiling of clients and furthermore this practice is a violation of the credit act and my rights as a South African citizen.
