FNB - not the winner of the SMME banking award for Africa - huge delays in business banking queries

Opening account took weeks as a SMME business. Huge delay in simply responding to required documents etc. Having sent queries to 3 different business departments I am still waiting on another issue for a change in the account. Unacceptable! It seems the only way of sorting things out is by qing many minutes on their callcenter line!
