FNB not the same anymore

My wife and I moved to New Zealand 3 years and only just started using our FNB account/services again. I can’t beleive how bad FNB has become in just 3 years. Took my wife 3 months to activate her new credit card cause no one actually knows what’s going on in FNB. Banking app/websites are really flakey compared to what I remember. Pity
