FNB.... Not the nicest bank

I've had the worst experience with this bank after I got retrenched. They miscommunicate and a lot of the lot departments of not on the same page for example I got retrenched a while back and submitted my retrenchment forms as soon as I got them. Yesterday a lady phones to ask me why is there no activity in my bank account and my overdraft might be affected. I told her the same story that I got retrenched a while back with all documentation.... So my question is why are the departments not on the same level of communication??? I use to love this bank but now I hate it.
