FNB NOT THE FIRST TIME***

We have been clients of FNB for more than 30 years a rep called me to say we do not have to pay a .monthly fee on our cheque acc because we have an investment. After sitting on the phone for 20 min I was instructed to call another no which I did and was once again asked to call another number I have signing power on all our accounts by husband is not well after explaining and holding on for another few min they could not proceed as they have to get authorisation from him to reduce the monthly fee on our acc. I would have thought that having an investment would automatically waiver the fee but not with FNB
