FNB not the custodian you think to protect you.

I tried to stop a debit order but because there is a mandate, "sorry you have to speak to the supplier". I have a dispute with my insurance company and wanted to reverse the debit order from 8 days ago. This cannot be done. So the bank which is the custodian of my monies, refuses to protect me. Nice FNB
