FNB not the Bank you want to bank with

Being a Premier Client I'm appalled at the service from FNB, high bank charges for absolutely nothing. Been trying to sort out a withdrawal for the last 3 -4 weeks and being pushed from pillar to post by don't give a damn attitude by FNB staff. Impossible to get hold of them over the phone, pushed from call centre to call centre, email seems worse. Is this really a legit bank still? Certainly my last month with this bank seeing that my card is already expiring, wondering what the drama will be like with a card renewal, maybe I'll have to wait years.
