FNB - Not the bank for the businessman

I am with FNB private clients.

I have made numerous calls to online banking, trust services, private banking, business banking. No one can help me and I keep get sending around and around. I asked 3 simple questions.

1. How much does it cost to view a payment older than 2 years and download this payments proof of payment. Response - I think R7.00.

2. I imported all my beneficiaries via the fnb online banking website (payment - add - import). I asked FNB to send this beneficiary list to me, I recently lost all the information on my computer, this to save me the time of individually typing each beneficiaries details in a separate excel document. I was told FNB will never do this.

3. I was requested by my auditor to provide proof of payments for every transaction in my account for 2 years. I asked FNB to assist me in providing this bulk proof of payment. I was told that FNB does not offer this service and I would have to do it manually.

Does anyone know of another bank who provides a serious business banking facility. Where the right advise and efficient service is provided.
