FNB not taking Clients seriously

On the 23rd of January 2025, We opened a ESTATE LATE ACCOUNT FOR MY DAD at FNB mall of TEMBISA and ABSA transferred R1550.00 on the FNB account and till today we cannot get access the funds and FNB cannot give us the answer when can we withdraw the funds, We went to FNB since from February every week they say we must come back after 7 days till today they always tells us to come back every after 7 days with no explanation
