FNB... Not sticking up to their word.. !!!!!

<p>In last year sometime I took out a contract with FNB connect.. which included whatsapp... Just got off the phone now with a consultant that confirmed the recording stated that free whatsapp was included but apparently in the terms and conditions it stated that FNB has the right to end this special at any time.. </p> <p>Where on earth does an agent sell you a product and all of a sudden FNB ends the special. No where in the recording does it state that this was a special.. but a contract... Apparently not even the agents knew that it was a special... THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I am highly disguisted considering that I am a big fan of FNB... </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
