FNB - NOT Speedee.....

I have requested numerous times for FNB to give me a "Call back" regarding the Speedee device. I also tried to call Customer Service but they are just reverting you back to, "Please use one of our digital support services" I don't want to talk to a AI, I want to talk to a person.

My wife has opened a new business and we need a card machine FNB....is it so difficult just to do that??
