FNB- Not so private client

I am a FNB private client and it is disturbing that I need to look to social media to resolve my query. Earlier this year I was approached by my private banker with the option of upgrading to a FNB fusion account, after much persuasion I agreed. I was informed a short while later that my application has been declined due to a judgement reflecting on my credit profile. I then advised my banker that I will have this resolved and thereafter contact her. I then contacted the credit beauru’s and all major credit beauru’s in South Africa confirmed that it was an error listing the judgement on my profile and that it will be removed. On 25th May 2020 my application was again declined, I received a letter in line with Section 62 of the National Credit Act, stating that this was due to judgment listing with a specific beauru. I thereafter engaged the specific credit beauru confirmed the judgement listing was an error and on 02nd June 2020 forwarded to my banker written confirmation from the 4 largest credit beauru’s in South Africa that the judgement listing against my credit profile has been removed. My correspondence was not even acknowledged by my banker. On 05th June 2020 I managed to get hold of my private banker telephonically and was advised that the application once again declined. My banker is unable to assist with regard to the reasons why the application was declined. I do not condone reckless granting of credit, and as a long standing private client request my credit profile be viewed in totality, and the documents submitted in relation to my credit profile considered. I do not even need the upgrade, however being a responsible consumer, I need to know why my applications are being declined. Once again under normal circumstances, this should have been resolved at the level of my private banker, clearly this was not possible.
