FNB not so helpful in the worst of cases!!!

Once again FNB does not sieze to amaze me anymore. I suppose I'm one of the unlucky people that has to have issues at the worst of times!!! :'( Client made payment into my FNB Business account from their FNB account. I called an hour later to enquire, they then spoke to the said client to verify the transaction, and told me the funds will reflect in an hour. Its been 13hours!!! :'( I need to pay printers and staff to get the job going.. But hey.. FNB not so helpful in the worst of cases!!!
