Fnb not so helpful despite their “how can we help you?” Slogan

We pay for services so that we can use them when we need them. This is not the case with fnb - the eWallet service worked to send money but minutes after sending money, it was impossible to reverse the funds. The consultant was either drunk or asleep, he took foreeeever to respond and only to say “the system is offline”. He told me bluntly to try reverse after 6am since there was system maintenance. By the time they were able to assist, the funds were already withdrawn.

Why are we paying for these services if the very same services will not be of aid when we need them. Why are we not notified of maintenance happening in the platform in time so we know not to use them! Fnb, you NEED TO REFUND MY MONEY!
