FNB - Not so entrepreneurial

After being a loyal customer of FNB bank, even promoted to Private Wealth membership, I have been treated like an absolute ******** ever since I closed my account. In 2018 I lost my business, home and almost wife due to various reasons. More importantly, 180 people who worked for me also lost their income. Being an entrepreneur I have slowly but surely built myself back up again. Extremely tough doing this, having an adverse listing against your name for outstanding credit card debt from FNB. I have made an arrangement with a family member to help settle the debt and even though I have offered up to 78% of the capital amount outstanding, FNB through their debt collecting lawyers have insisted I need to pay 145% to settle the debt, which I cannot do. Not even a request for negotiation was answered by FNB…nothing, just no. Do they realise the consequences of their actions?

I do not feel this is reasonable and given the fact that I am trying to create opportunities for others in my work and life only to have the door slammed in my face is quite fruststrating. Shame on you FNB, shame on you.
