FNB not sending statements, so I must pay to get them

FNB used to be a great bank, I always thought the best bank. But the last year or two seems to have been a steady decline. I've been one of those sold on false advertising, payment limits set online not working and resulting in my wife being stranded unable to pay at the till, and their ever changing and complicated eBucks system has driven me mad. My latest issue is as follows:

I have not received my easy account email statements since Aug 2014 (yes for 2 years), but I still receive credit card and investment account statements. I though they just didn't provide emailed statements anymore for easy accounts, due to them being very budget accounts. Today I had to download all my statements that were not received, charged at R6 a statement.

Checking up on their pricing guide thereafter, I see they do email statements for free. I have not changed my email or details, and as mentioned get other FNB statements but not my easy account statements. I then called FNB to let them know that I havent received easy account email statements for 2 years, and indicated that I should have received these for free. I then asked they they simply reimburse me for the statements not received that I had to pay for at R6 a statement, to which they seemed unwilling.

If a bank that I have been with since leaving school, through varsity and now as a professional that they can make a lot of money on over the course of my life is unwilling to credit me for a service they should have been providing for free, then I'll will have to shop around for a bank that will stand up to their slogan "how can we help you". I've found FNB unhelpful as of late, and am happy to let my money do the talking rather than try and explain issue after issue with them on the phone.

I've just had bad service and non-delivery for too long. I've already given notice online to withdraw everything from my investment accounts, thus please direct me to how I can close my transmission account as well, effective end October 2016.
