FNB not sending an update to credit bureau that an account has been settled and closed

I called FNB Credit card this morning, enquiring when they would inform the credit bureaus that I’ve settled and closed the credit card account. And I was told credit bureau will update in 6 months. This is outrageous.

I closed this credit account on 20 December 2023, more than 50 days have passed and this account is still reflecting as open and active with an outstanding balance.
