FNB not save

last year there was a review I gave a bout FNB... and now I have a norther one to give about the bad service. Their was a debit order that went of from my account from intellicell.... now i wanted to dispute the debit order on the FNB app but it told me I could not I went to online banking and the same thing.... I went to the bank on Saturday and was told they cant help me their have to phone but lines are out..... now if any one can do that and debit from my account and its so hard to get it sorted out then how save is FNB accounts and not only that i have been a client their for a long time and never do I get help from FNB when i need it all they want to do is sell you shares an savings and funeral plans
