FNB not safe on Digital banking!!!!!

On the 1st June 2023 I reported ***** on my account to the amount of R25k and is probably more. These transactions went through at a merchant based in Europe, France in particular. I have never been to France, I haven't travelled to any overseas country recently. I have logged ***** case with FNB and came back to me saying they cannot pay me back because the transactions were because of linked device. Who linked my device?? You cant refund my money because it was secure payments, please proof that? I did not authorize these transactions and you cannot tell me I approved these transactions. If this is how this bank keep my money safe and blame me for *****ulent transactions then I will rather go somewhere else. I went to the branch, my wealth banker and nobody seems to care or wanted to assist me. Unless you can prove I did these transactions, which I did not, I will go as far if I have to to get my money back, I recently lost my husband so why will I go on a shopping spree?? You as a bank is insensitive, you dont care and unhelpfull!! I want all these transactions reversed, all of them or I will go the Ombud and the press and tell the world how unsafe your so called digital banking is. Secured payment through linked device using digital wallet?? I dont even know what that is. Who activated this, who created this, who created a digital wallet.
