FNB not responding to my emails . RESIDUALS!!!! ,

I have been avoided for a while month by FNB CANCELLATIONS, I paid up my bond and requested for the bond to be cancelled . I sent completed documents and sent the requested documents so that they can give me my title deed however they have not been RESPONDING to my emails , I don't want to incur more costs like I did the last time when you did not inform me that my bond was paid up and had to pay the account fees that amounted to more than R8000. Please cancel the bond and give me my title deed . I am willing to pay for the transfer fees to get what is mine. Play your part!!!!!!. I need my documents as they belong to me and I have paid my dues. You ripped me off once and I won't allow it this time.
