FNB not responding to emails about fees

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

The history: Until Feb 2018 I kept more than triple the required minimum balance in my current account in order to get the monthly banking fee waived. Around the end of Feb, after a telephonic request by FNB investment advisor, two-thirds was moved to a SavingsPocket facility on the condition that either account should meet the minimum balance for the fee to be waived. From then the balance in the SavingsPocket is kept above the minimum and even grows! So the balance in the current account may fluctuates above and below the minimum balance for the fee to be waived. Right? NO, not so as per FNB's programmers implemetation! Now: Problems galore - every month since May 2018, bar one, I have to request FNB to reverse the monthly fee that their programs are deducting from my account. I made numerous email requests to fix the programs, to no avail. They normally acknowlegde receipt of my email, then someone calls to tell me the fee was reversed, then I explain the problem and request a email response - just never to be. Even if I ask to listen to a recording of a previous conversation I do not get any positive response. Why FNB, can your programmers not implement your fee policies correctly??

So, on Fri 19 Oct 2018, the very same staff member who phoned me on 10 Aug 2018 about the very same problem, calls again and spin the same excuse and promise the same actions as before. After some discussions, I asked the staff member why was there no response or updates or resoltion in the 9 weeks before the current call? - the phone was put on the craddle with a noise on my side. I wonder why?
