FNB NOT RESPONDING!

It has been a week now since my previous HelloReter with regards to FNB not downgrading my account after logging the call two years ago... conveniently letting me pay a private client account fee EVERY month even if I don't use your bank anymore. This is pathetic! Not even a phone call! Should I take tihis legal?
