FNB not responding

I'm struggling for longer than a month now to get a letter from FNB that my late husband's personal loan account has been closed. There is promises on email that they will contact me within 3-4 business days, but that also don't happen.

I have contacted FNB several times and the last letter I wrote was on 1 July 2024 and I still haven't received a response.
