FNB NOT RESPONDING EVEN AFTER TURN AROUND TIME

Fnb service is trash my business account was put on hold by Xolani Mavimbela on 18 February 2025 however I just received an email on 22 February 2025 to submit documents which I did immediately the same day a few hours later , on my app I get an update that the case is closed due to documents not being submitted.

I have been emailing endlessly till due date 26 Feb2025 with not response I understand they have a turn around time however I don’t understand why Xolani had to lodge a false claim that I did not submit documents while I did the same time I was emailed on a Saturday it’s unacceptable to not respond to a client after 48 hours during working days. I have been emailing everyday at least once a day but no response as always just getting ignored it’s not the first time it’s happening the ***** department sits behind the company policies and turn around time while they ignore their clients.

This has affected my business very badly. As clients who made payments orders are pending and I can’t process any orders or proceed with business
