Fnb - Not resolving queries and ********** activities

I’m so sick of this bank do I really have to post on hello Peter every time in order for you to get back.. you still haven’t resolved my query I’m on a mute line by one of your consultants for the past 15 minutes and then they drop the call I want my money you guys said I stopped a debit within your branch I haven’t visited your branch I’m being charged for **** I didn’t do and it been 2 weeks with no resolution.. I even told Fnb to review the cameras one ****ed up bank .. ppl who ever is reading Fnb reviews and want to change please think it over
