FNB not resolving queries

It came to my attention that my property details were displayed on my ex-husband's banking app. I logged a query and received a message that my query was resolved, but with no details regarding the resolution. I logged a complaint on FNB's website, but still have not had a response. Subsequent to the resolution message, on checking, the information has not been removed. This is poor, the property details contain sensitive financial and private information.
