FNB not resolving deduction issues

I have 3 complaints against 1.Firstly I settle my loan account in July but fnb still deducting since August nothing is being done to resolve this issue 2. I have been charged R440 banks charges that I do not know I was on wealth for few days 3. I sent a dispute to card dispute even today I have not yet received my money nor feedback ***
