FNB not resolving consolidation loan issue

I took a consolidation loan from FNB, and one of the loans that was part of the consolidation (from another bank) was never settled. I have spoken with the other bank and they couldn't trace any payment and they require FNB to contact them and sort out the payment issue. It has been more than a month now and after contacting NUMEROUS FNB agents via chat,email,phone calls and visiting a branch ,it still hasn't been resolved and NO one is giving my any feedback. In the meantime I have to pay the consolidation load AND the other loan that was supposed to be settled.

I'm done with FNB.
