FNB not removing loan from credit report

I have a temp loan that appears on my credit report that was taken and paid in 2018. I have been calling FNB to get it removed on my report, but I have been sent from pillar to post. This is affecting me and it’s been a mission to get it removed.

I want it removed and calling their call center has proven to be a futile exercise.
