FNB not reliable

You have locked me out of my app on payday. Your app is now requesting my location to process my payments I try to make. Why now? Why do I have to go into the branch during a time of Covid and month end, your busiest time of month, to sort this problem. I must pay bills, but clearly you have other plans for me. What must I do now, I live in the middle of nowhere and must drive an hour to a branch.
