Fnb, not refunding my money.

On 26 November 2024, I logged a complaint on Hellopeter regarding a temu refund I have been struggling to get since 14 October 2024. FNB rep**** privately that they will be in contact with me. They phoned me on 27 Nov, and I explained to the lady that the amount was never allocated to my account. It's shows the credit, but the amount never entered back into my credit card, she told me she will escalate the matter. I gave them my transaction history and explained that if the money was infact return it would have shown. Example, if I had R100 in my cc the amount should have gone up, but the amount stayed the same. Until today I have not received any feedback yet again. The money is still not refunded, and FNB CAN NOT PROVIDE ANY PROOF OF REFUND. How long must I still wait?
