FNB not reflecting my cash deposit in my account 2 weeks later

I made a cash deposit on 1 sep 2025. My second deposit to my chq account, was cancelled by the auto teller. My card was returned, but not my cash. I waited at the ATM, but no cash was returned. A staff member exited the bank (after hours), and advised me to return in the morning. I completed necessary forms, was advised to wait 3 - 6 working days. My money cash has not been credited to my bank account. Shocked that the bank did not recon the auto teller in the morning which would reflect my cash deposit. 3 visits to the bank has got me nowhere. Banking app advises they cannot assist.
